Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment terms are different for the 2 pricing purchase style as under

A. Buying from Our Stock (For All Members)

All Members can make payment in advance when they purchase from our stock lists, in our web site

1. 100% remittance or confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) in favor of Has-Nihon Trading Co., Ltd. drawn and negotiable at any bank or financial institution in Japan.

Note: L/C may not be acceptable in certain ways, due to international regulations, except or in unlimited only.

OR

1. 50% advance payment upon receipt of confirmation of order by cheque or T/T transfer.
2. 50% remaining balance is to be paid within five working days of the shipment of order and receipt of copies of shipment documents.

Note 1: For vehicles over 1,000,000 JPY value, 100% annual refundable purchase is necessary.

Note 2: Any bank charges/remission, amount of less of conditions, should be borne by the sender

B. Cancellation of Order

The order cannot be cancelled after confirmed by the customer. In case of cancellation, the company may seek the solution amount of Minimum 10% (10%) at payment has provided by the article for the amount 3 to make the sum. C. Buying from Other Japanese Auctions (For Premium Members)

We are registered as a member with all Japanese Auto Auction. Being the only member for bidding in these, it should be strictly served for our customer's only members. If you find any purchase thing, we are not so ready to be rejection with confirmation of item's. D. Bank Charges/Fees (For All Members)

Our service charge is 5 Yen and 10 yen as remitting premium without putting any Bank Charges, unless should be include all other direct receiving bank charges and 1.5 list transaction rate of must be followed and rate in Japan Yen level.
